Pineapples and coconuts are abundant along the tropical coast of Mexico. The trees near our house sway with hefty {ready to drop on your head} coconuts and small pick up trucks drive the cobblestone streets; blaring their announcement for sweet, fresh pineapples {piña...piña tan dolce....}.

1 cup fresh juiced pineapple
1 tablespoon fresh juiced ginger
2 limes
