The end of October is my favorite time of year....cooler weather, Day of the Dead, Halloween and our anniversary! Thirteen years ago, I met Sammy; appropriately dressed as 'The Dude', at a Halloween party in the remote town of Freedom, New Hampshire. I would have never imagined the life we have created together. Snowboarding and mountain living has been a monumental part of our adventures together. Until recently, we were season pass holders and spent all of our free time sliding down a hill on a board. Now, we are the Spring Breakers who trade in their flip flops and bathing suits for a week of winter shenanigans; praying for a huge springtime dump, empty lift lines and time with good friends.
